About the role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Assunta Hospital. This full-time position will be based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, and will support the hospital’s digital marketing, branding, and online engagement initiatives.
What you'll be doing
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Website, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Manage and update website and social media content to support branding and marketing campaigns
- Create engaging digital content including social media posts, articles, videos, doctor features, and patient stories
- Support doctor branding and health education initiatives through digital content and campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse digital metrics, and prepare reports
- Support SEO/SEM initiatives to improve online visibility and website traffic
- Assist in video production, social media engagement, and content calendar planning
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
What we're looking for
- Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing
- Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and social media platforms
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
- Experience in healthcare marketing, content creation, or video editing is an added advantage
