Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Construction & Project Management Intern to join our team. If you are eager to step out of the classroom and onto a live construction site, this role is for you to gain direct experience in structural drawings, material estimation, and day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Sketch & Drawing Interpretation: Assist in reviewing and interpreting architectural/structural construction project details.
• Material Estimation: Help perform material take-offs and estimate quantities required for various project.
• Site Supervision: Assist in supervising daily on-site construction activities to ensure work aligns with safety standards, project specs, and timelines.
• Progress Reporting: Help document daily site progress, track material deliveries, and coordination.

Requirements

Educational Background:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting construction drawings.
• Familiarity with basic estimation techniques.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and comfort working in a dynamic construction site environment.
