The role requires high ownership, fast response and close coordination with sales team, suppliers and vendors to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations Management or related field.
- At least 4 years working experience in same company in sales support, vendor coordination, purchasing, procurement, customer service, project coordination or operations support.
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin & English as it involve coordination with China Logistic and Suppliers.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and shared folders.
- Familiar with basic business operation processes & tools
- Strong follow-up skills and firm enought to chase suppliers, vendors and internal team without being reminded.
- Responsive, alert and able to handle fast-moving project communication.
- Organised, detail-oriented and careful with pricing, product details, deadlines and customer requirements.
- Able to coordinate closely with sales team, suppliers, vendors, logistics partners and internal operations team.
- Able to work under timeline pressure and manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Must be responsible, committed and willing to support urgent project matters after working hours when necessary.
- Strategic thinking in handling sales operation work until delivery to customers
- Possess own transport is a must. To ensure work is done by Supplier
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
