Job Details

Position: Content Creator Cum Video Editor
Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000
Working Days: Wednesday – Monday (Tuesday Off)
Working Hours:

• Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Shift 2: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Description

RedRadar International is hiring on behalf of our client for a creative and passionate Content Creator Cum Video Editor.

This role is responsible for planning, producing, and editing engaging content that enhances the restaurant’s brand presence across digital platforms. You will create visually appealing content featuring food, beverages, promotions, events, and customer experiences while ensuring all content aligns with the company’s marketing objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, skilled in video editing and content creation, and stays updated with the latest social media trends to maximize audience engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

1) Plan and create content ideas aligned with the restaurant’s branding, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
2) Shoot and edit high-quality videos for social media platforms and other digital channels.
3) Edit videos including cutting, transitions, subtitles, basic motion graphics, and sound syncing.
4) Capture food, beverage, and ambience visuals using mobile phone or camera.
5) Design simple visual content such as posters, reels covers, and thumbnails when required.
6) Schedule and upload content according to the content calendar.
7) Work closely with the marketing or operations team to support ongoing promotions and events.
8) Monitor content performance (views, engagement, reach) and suggest improvements.
9) Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual style

Requirements

1) Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, Creative Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2) Experience in content creation, video editing, or social media management is preferred.
3) Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
4) Ability to shoot and edit content independently.
5) Good organizational and time management skills.
6) Passionate about content creation, food, hospitality, and digital marketing.
