Responsibilities
Job Title: Account Analyst / Account Analysis Executive
We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Analysis Executive with a solid accounting foundation to support daily financial analysis, account reconciliation, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should be analytical, well-organised, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Perform account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
Review, reconcile, and monitor general ledger accounts
Identify discrepancies, unusual transactions, and variances, and follow up accordingly
Assist in monthly closing, reporting, and audit preparation
Prepare basic financial analysis and reports for management
Liaise with internal teams and external parties (auditors, banks, vendors) when required
Maintain proper documentation and support for accounting records
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in accounting, finance, or account analysis
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table is an advantage)
Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organised
Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Experience with accounting software or ERP systems
Prior experience in account reconciliation or financial reporting
Audit exposure is a plus
Salary Range
RM 5k - 8k
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
