Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Insurance, Information Technology, or a related field

2+ years of related experience in insurance operations, business analysis, or data management

Exposure to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

Strong oral and written communication skills (Required, Advanced)

Analytical and problem-solving skills (Required, Advanced)

Ability to quickly adapt to new methods and work under tight deadlines (Required, Advanced)

Strong interpersonal skills (Required, Advanced)

Ability to build relationships with stakeholders (Required, Advanced)

Advanced data analysis skills (Required, Advanced)

SQL query skills for data processing and analysis (Required, Intermediate)

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Required, Advanced)

Experience with data management/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, ETL, Python) (Preferred, Intermediate)

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
