Job Description

• Provide technician support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and applications.
• Ensure smooth operation of IT equipment (PCs. printers, internet, etc.).
• Assist with system updates, backups, and data security.
• Liaise with vendors or service providers when needed.
• Support team members with day-to-day IT-related requests.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
