Key Responsibilities
1. Equipment Maintenance
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance for all kitchen and restaurant equipment according to schedule.
- Ensure all equipment complies with safety and hygiene standards.
2. Repair & Troubleshooting
- Inspect and repair faulty equipment such as freezers, chillers, beverage machines, ovens, gas stoves, and electrical appliances.
- Respond promptly to breakdown reports from outlets.
3. Record Management
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Provide equipment status reports to management.
4. Spare Parts Management
- Monitor spare parts inventory and request purchases when necessary.
- Ensure all spare parts are genuine and compatible.
5. Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with Outlet Managers and Head of Operations to plan maintenance without disrupting operations.
- Provide basic equipment handling guidance to outlet staff.
6. Safety Compliance
- Ensure all repair and maintenance work complies with OSHA safety standards.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during duties.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
