Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. This role will work closely with Management to drive workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and HR initiatives that support the Company's growth, operational excellence, and business objectives.
Job Description:
Organization & Manpower Planning
- Lead organization planning and manpower planning to support business growth and operational needs.
- Work closely with Management and HOD to identify workforce requirements and optimize organizational effectiveness.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Develop and oversee recruitment strategies, talent sourcing, hiring plans, interview processes, and workforce planning.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements.
HR Operations & Employee Relations
- Administer and implement HR policies, procedures, employee handbook, and HR initiatives across the organization.
- Manage employee relations matters, including counselling, performance management, disciplinary issues, and exit interviews.
- Ensure employees comply with company policies and procedures.
Compensation, Performance & Compliance
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, and monitor performance appraisal processes.
- Assess workforce performance and training needs through collaboration with HOD and Management.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Supervise HR operations, reports, documentation, and daily activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and guide the HR team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Attend management and interdepartmental meetings and provide HR recommendations to support business objectives.
To Be Successful In This Role:
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, Administration, Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling the full spectrum of HR functions, including organization planning, manpower planning, and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent acquisition, and HR best practices.
- Well-versed in Malaysian Employment Act and labour regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
