Job Description
1. Creative Development & Visual Design
- Design high-quality print and digital marketing collateral, including menus, posters, flyers, banners,billboards, and food packaging.
- Develop creative visuals and concepts for a wide array of campaigns, special projects, and seasonal initiatives, ensuring each design aligns with the overall brand strategy
- Ensure all design outputs strictly adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
2. Social Media & Digital Content
- Create aesthetically pleasing posts, stories, and feed layouts for digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and the company website.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging graphics that drive customer interaction and boost sales.
- Bonus: Assist in basic video editing (e.g., Reels/TikTok) and simple animations (GIFs/motion graphics).
3. In-Store Marketing & POSM (Point of Sale Materials)
- Produce designs for restaurant interiors/exteriors, including digital menu boards, signages, table talkers, VIP cards, and staff uniforms if required.
- Liaise with external printers and vendors to ensure exact specifications (color accuracy, sizing, and material quality) are met before mass production.
4. Photography Support & Asset Management
- Assist in product/food photoshoots and handle post-production tasks (photo retouching and color correction) to ensure menu items look appetizing.
- Systematically organize and maintain the company’s design files, photography assets, and templates in cloud storage.
5. Revisions & Refinement
- Prepare rough drafts, present ideas, test graphics, and amend designs based on feedback.
Requirements & Qualifications
1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Creative Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in the F&B or retail industry is a strong advantage). Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
3. Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro) or Canva is a plus.
4. Technical Skills: A solid understanding of food color psychology, typography, layout hierarchy, and print production processes.
5. Soft Skills:
- Highly creative with a strong eye for detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Receptive to constructive feedback and willing to make necessary design iterations.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
