Sales & Customer Service
- Greeting Customers: Actively approaching and welcoming shoppers as they pass by or visit the counter.
- Identifying Needs: Asking questions to understand what the customer is looking for and recommending appropriate products.
- Driving Sales: Persuading customers to purchase products, up-selling (recommending premium versions), and cross-selling (suggesting complementary items).
- Meeting Targets: Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas set by the brand or retail management.
Product Demonstration & Education
- Demonstrating Products: Showing customers how a product works. For example, applying a skincare sample, demonstrating an electronic gadget, or offering a food tasting.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Educating customers on the brand's story, product ingredients, benefits, and unique selling points.
Counter Maintenance & Operations
- Visual Merchandising: Ensuring the counter is set up according to the brand's guidelines. This includes arranging displays, promotional signs, and testers.
- Housekeeping: Keeping the counter, display units, and surrounding area clean, neat, and organized throughout the day.
- Stock Management: Monitoring inventory levels at the counter, restocking products from the backroom, and alerting management when stock is low.
Administration & Reporting
- Sales Tracking: Recording daily sales figures and keeping track of which products are selling well or underperforming.
- Reporting: Submitting daily or weekly sales reports to the brand supervisor or store manager.
- Customer Feedback: Gathering customer comments, complaints, or preferences and passing them along to the management team to help improve future products or promotions.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
