Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of end‑to‑end planning and execution of both online activities (account opening, fund deposit, viral/referral campaigns) and offline events (strategy seminars, salons, roadshows). Align all initiatives with quarterly business targets (account opening, fund deposits, membership upgrades, etc.), focus on key conversion nodes, and drive tangible business growth.

Establish measurable KPIs for each activity, track and analyse data throughout the entire process, and conduct thorough post‑event reviews. Distil actionable insights, refine methodologies, and continuously improve conversion rates and cost efficiency.

Stay abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and competitor movements in the Hong Kong and US stock markets. Research the needs of Hong Kong investors and translate those insights into creative activity concepts that enhance engagement and appeal.

Collaborate closely with business teams, creative/design, compliance, and other relevant departments to ensure all marketing content is compliant, and to drive seamless execution of creative ideas.

Plan and control activity budgets, apply project management best practices, and ensure every event is delivered on time and to the required quality standards throughout the entire lifecycle.
Requirements

Proven experience in end‑to‑end planning and execution of online (account opening, fund deposit, referral campaigns) and offline (strategy seminars, salons, roadshows) activities, with a clear focus on quarterly business objectives (account opening, deposits, membership growth, etc.) and key conversion milestones to support business expansion.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in activity planning, integrated marketing, or related fields. Candidates with a background in securities firms, wealth management, or other financial services are preferred.

For senior practitioners: Solid knowledge of financial products and in‑depth professional understanding of the Hong Kong and US stock markets are essential. Must also possess strong creative planning skills, the ability to produce comprehensive campaign proposals, and excellent copywriting abilities.

Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in activity data tracking, analysis, and post‑mortem review methodologies.

Outstanding cross‑functional communication, resource integration, and project facilitation skills, coupled with sharp market insight and user empathy.

High sense of responsibility, strong self‑motivation, resilience under pressure, meticulous work ethic, and a collaborative team spirit.
