As our Business Development Manager, you will be the tip of the spear in driving our market expansion. You will be responsible for identifying high-value prospects, pitching our payment solutions, and closing deals with merchants and strategic partners. Key Responsibilities
Drive Revenue: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within target markets to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Manage the Pipeline: Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach and lead generation to contract negotiation and onboarding.
Build Partnerships: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, merchants, and strategic partners.
Market Strategy: Stay ahead of fintech trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to position our solutions effectively.
Collaborate: Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and feedback loops.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in payments, fintech, or SaaS.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently hit or exceed sales quotas.
Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the payments ecosystem, acquiring, and card processing is highly preferred.
Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You know how to tailor a pitch to a CFO just as well as a technical lead.
Mindset: A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, highly organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
