Construction Manager
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning, Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs,
identify risks and formulate contingency plans.
- Site Operation Management, ensure work quality and enforce safety regulations.
- Quality control,Cost control,Resources Management
- Manpower Planning & Dispatch
Requirements:
- Degree in Building related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years or above post-qualification experience in site supervision of construction contracts.
- A & A Works experience is preferred
- Holder of Safety Supervisor Certificate is a must
- With T1, T2, T3 qualification.
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
