Job Duties & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-user computing (EUC) support, including Office IT systems, PC hardware/software, network connectivity, and BYOD users
Assist in setting up workstations and network equipment, including scheduling, monitoring, and executing installation or relocation activities, as well as site preparation
Support on the Management of the EUC inventory, security control, IT helpdesk and incidents
Assist the Senior Systems Engineer and System Administrator in daily system operations, including server and network equipment setup
Assist with both internal and external projects as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in EUC or system support
Hands-on experience with MS Office Applications, including troubleshooting and problem solving
Familiarity with PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and smartphones
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team;
Good spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior EUC Support Engineer position
