We are looking for an experienced UiPath Developer (RPA Developer) to join an international team supporting digital transformation initiatives through intelligent automation. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using the UiPath platform, helping to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort across business processes.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with UiPath platform (Studio, Orchestrator, Insights)
• Knowledge of programming languages (C#, VB.NET, Python, or similar)
• Experience with API integrations and databases (SQL)
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Understanding of Elastic Robots concept
• Knowledge of the latest UiPath platform features, including AI/ML capabilities
• Experience in workflow automation, debugging, and testing
• Experience working in Agile environments

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across regional and cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in RPA development (UiPath preferred)
• UiPath certification (Developer Associate or Professional) is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test automation workflows using UiPath
• Build and deploy scalable RPA solutions aligned with business requirements
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automation processes
• Maintain and enhance existing automations to ensure stability and performance
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Monitor bot performance and support production operations (CI/CD)
• Create and maintain technical documentation (SDD, Technical Design Documents)
• Apply development standards, governance principles, and RPA best practices
• Support integrations with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications
