- We are seeking experienced and dedicated Diamond Drillers and Diamond Drilling Supervisors to support ongoing mining and exploration drilling operations in Papua New Guinea. The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality drilling services while contributing to project objectives and operational excellence.
- Safely operate and maintain diamond drilling rigs.
- Deliver quality core samples and achieve drilling targets.
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Adhere to site safety standards and operational procedures.
- Supervisors will lead drilling crews, coordinate daily activities, monitor performance, ensure compliance, and prepare operational reports.
- diamond drilling experience in underground and/or surface operations.
- drilling experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical, safety, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in remote mining environments.
