Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Subang Jaya. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Daily activities include meeting with prospective and current clients, presenting product or service offerings, preparing quotations, and negotiating terms within company guidelines. The role will also involve following up on leads, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams for order processing and delivery, and providing ongoing after-sales support. The Sales Executive will be expected to achieve sales targets, prepare regular sales reports, and contribute feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a customer-focused or service-based environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Good negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills to handle customer requirements and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, tasks, and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with basic digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking systems) to document activities and monitor performance.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality service and after-sales support.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with the local market in Subang Jaya or surrounding areas is beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client visits and meetings, as required by the role.
