Camtek a global leading Semiconductor Equipment company specialize in Wafer Inspection & Metrology Systems with expansion for our operation in Singapore is seeking for a sales oriented and dynamic individuals to be part of our growth in South East Asia ;


HR & Sales Admin Manager


Human Resources (HR) Operations


• Oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations across Southeast Asia (SEA), including recruitment, onboarding, probation confirmation, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies in SEA countries.

• Enhance and update HR internal controls, policies, and standard operating procedures. • Process payroll, staff overtime, expense claims, and maintain accurate records of annual and sick leave.

• Participate in benefits administration tasks such as claim resolution, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment.

• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, offering guidance and resolving staff issues.

• Organize periodic staff bonding activities and team-building events.

• Support management in organizational development, workforce planning, and continuous improvement.

• Maintain high accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of HR records and documentation.


Sales Administration Support


• Assist with customer sales contracts and related documentation.

• Follow-up of customer corporate governance documentation such as ESG, RBA, and NDAs.

• Support marketing activities including trade shows, seminars, and promotional events.

• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth execution of sales administration processes.


Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience in Semiconductor Industry, with a focus on S.E.A. HR operations and compliance is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

• Proven ability to manage multiple countries and priorities effectively under pressure.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with staff at all levels.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

• HR certification (e.g., IHRP, SHRM, or equivalent) and experience in a fast-paced or regional environment is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel periodically to meet staff and support HR initiatives
