Responsibilities

Strategic Internal Communications Advisor (APAC)


We're looking for a strategic Internal Communications Advisor who operates at the intersection of business strategy, employee engagement, and storying.


This is much more than a content delivery role. It is a trusted advisor position for someone who can translate business priorities into communications strategies that drive clarity, alignment and outcomes across a complex, fast-moving organization.


What You’ll Own

  • Shape the APAC internal communications agenda

Develop and lead a regional strategy that directly supports business priorities and our transformation agenda.

  • Drive clarity, alignment, action

Design communication programs that move beyond awareness to influence employee understanding, decision-making, and behavior.

  • Lead narrative and positioning

Craft compelling, cohesive narratives that connect the “why” of transformation to what it means for team members.

  • Optimize channels as strategic assets

Transform the intranet and content ecosystem (including video) into high-impact platforms that drive clarity, engagement, and action, guided by audience insight and performance data.

  • Design high-impact engagement moments

Curate internal forums, leadership events, that reinforce priorities and strengthen leadership alignment.

  • Integrate across functions and geographies

Partner across teams to ensure consistency, amplification, and relevance of messaging across the region.

Experience & Background

  • 12+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, communications, or related roles, with a strong track record of influencing business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into clear direction and action at scale.
  • Experience operating as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in complex, multinational environments.
  • Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and shape narratives in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong foundation in communication, with the ability to simplify complexity and create clear, compelling messaging.
  • Hands-on experience with internal communications platforms and ecosystems, including intranet strategy and management, content governance, and channel optimization
  • Experience designing and delivering high-impact leadership engagements, including town halls, employee forums, and executive events that drive alignment and engagement
  • Familiarity with multimedia storytelling and digital channels (video, written content, live events), with an understanding of how to orchestrate them for maximum impact
  • Strong analytical orientation with the ability to use data and insight to measure effectiveness and continuously optimize programs
