Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily receiving and shipping operations of the Singapore transit warehouse
• Coordinate the goods flow between the Singapore warehouse, Hong Kong warehouse and destination customers
• Follow up with international freight forwarders, air/sea freight providers and courier companies
• Verify and manage documents including bills of lading, commercial invoices and packing lists
• Track cargo status and report any abnormalities to the Shenzhen team in a timely manner
• Assist in negotiating local service contracts (courier, transportation, insurance)

Job Requirements

• At least two years of working experience in logistics and electronics components
• Familiar with logistics management business processes
• Meticulous, patient and rigorous working style, with strong enthusiasm and sense of responsibility.
• Good team spirit, communication and coordination skills.
