Liberty Bridge Partners Hiring! Full Time M-A Analyst in - Ricebowl

We are working with a leading international platform looking to hire an Analyst (1or2) into its Singapore office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad, hands-on exposure across cross-border M&A (buy-side and sell-side) and capital raising transactions across multiple sectors.

The Role

You will work closely with senior bankers on live transactions, with responsibilities including

• Supporting the execution of cross-border M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side
• Assisting in origination efforts, including developing marketing materials and identifying new business opportunities
• Preparing financial analysis and modelling across a range of transaction types (M&A, carve-outs, capital raises
• Conducting valuation analysis (comps, precedents, DCF, LBO
• Supporting due diligence processes and coordinating workstreams
• Assisting in the preparation of transaction documentation and marketing materials
• lsParticipating in client meetings and broader deal execution activities
• Contributing to a variety of tasks across a dynamic M&A advisory environment

Candidate Profile

• Currently a second year Analyst within a reputable M&A team
• 1-2 yrs pure M&A experience
• Strong experience supporting or executing end-to-end transaction
• Exposure to cross-border deals is a high advantage
• Solid financial modelling, valuation, and accounting skills
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities
• Detail-oriented, organised
• Fluent in English
