Job Summary: Responsible for internal sales enablement and cross-team operational training. This role delivers product, workflow, project management and efficiency training to frontline sales teams, and empowers Sales OPS team to standardize customer education and boost mid-sales operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Sales Team Enablement
- Develop and update standardized sales training courses and materials covering product knowledge, sales SOPs, project management and efficiency optimization. Identify team capability gaps, deliver targeted training and coaching, standardize sales practices and improve overall sales team productivity.
Sales OPS Team Enablement
- Upskill Sales OPS team on mid-sales operations, standardized customer education, customer communication and project coordination. Help streamline daily operations, improve customer-facing service quality, minimize operational risks and enhance cross-team collaboration
Training Management & Iteration
- Monitor training effectiveness, compile training statistics and conduct regular outcome reviews. Collect team feedback, iterate training content aligned with product and process updates, and continuously optimize sales system capabilities
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related fieid
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Sales Ops, or L&D
- Experience working closely with sales teams (B2B / FMCG / SaaS / retail preferred)
- Able to design, prepare and deliver training (not just coordinate)
- Strong understanding of sales process and sales KPIs
- Able to identify skill gaps and improve sales performance
- Good communication and presentation skills (English required; BM/Mandarin is a plus)
- Proficient in Excel and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Able to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
