Business Development Executive – Staff Augmentation / Resource Placement

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the company’s sales activities, especially in staff augmentation and resource placement.
  • Achieve sales targets through strong telephone sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Generate sales leads and initiate prospect calls.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and prospecting from internal and external sources.
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
  • Conduct regular follow-up calls with existing customers and grow the business through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Penetrate targeted accounts and increase sales from the existing client base.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the company or management.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in staff augmentation, talent augmentation, recruitment, or IT staffing services (Senior Profiles also consider)
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively as a team player.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with people at all levels.
  • Strong hunter sales mindset with the ability to drive and close sales.
  • Good written and spoken English.
