Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and oversee workplace training and assessment initiatives aligned with organisational needs and regulatory requirements
- Administer employee performance management systems and conduct regular performance appraisals
- Design and deliver training programmes that enhance employee skills, competencies and professional development
- Assess training effectiveness and adjust programmes to ensure continuous improvement and measurable outcomes
- Maintain accurate HR records, documentation and employee files in compliance with data protection legislation
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management on policies, procedures and workplace matters
- Contribute to workforce planning and succession planning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, health and safety regulations, and organisational policies
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop customised assessment strategies
