Job Requirements
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or a related field is a plus. Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software. Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
