We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to support and enhance critical enterprise applications within a dynamic IT environment. This role involves working across legacy and modern technologies, supporting business operations and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users, internal IT teams, and external vendors to deliver system enhancements and solutions.
• Maintain and support enterprise applications, including systems running on the AS400 platform.
• Analyse requirements, design solutions, and participate in development and implementation activities.
• Manage and prioritize system change requests in accordance with change management processes
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely incident resolution
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of applications
• Support system integration across multiple platforms and technologies
• Participate in testing, including system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Prepare clear documentation following system development lifecycle (SDLC) standards

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
• Solid experience in systems development and support within enterprise environments
• Hands-on or working experience with IBM i (AS400) systems
• Experience with technologies such as .NET (C# / Java) and SQL databases
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with third-party vendors and external system providers
• Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or other large-scale industries is an advantage.
