Our client is a fast growing CFD trading platform backed by a leading venture in the financial service industry. As the company continues to expand its AI capabilities, they are looking for an AI Agent Engineer to design, build, and optimise intelligent agent systems that can be applied across real business scenarios.

Responsibilities:

AI Agent Architecture & Capability Design

• Design and implement intelligent agent systems, including task decomposition, planning, decision-making, and execution mechanisms
• Build multi-turn dialogue capabilities, state management, context memory, and long-term memory mechanisms
• Develop scalable agent frameworks that support multi-tool and multi-skill collaboration

Agent Algorithms & Strategy Optimisation

• Research and implement agent reasoning and decision strategies, including planning, reflection, tool selection, and action scheduling
• Continuously improve agent success rate, stability, response quality, and efficiency in complex task scenarios
• Explore multi-agent collaboration, role assignment, and communication mechanisms

LLM & Reasoning Capability Integration

• Integrate large language model capabilities with business logic and workflow requirements
• Participate in the design and optimisation of prompts, reasoning chains, RAG pipelines, and agent execution logic
• Evaluate different models for agent-based use cases and recommend suitable technical approaches

Business Scenario Modelling & Implementation

• Work closely with product and business teams to translate real business problems into executable agent tasks
• Drive the implementation of agent solutions across practical use cases, such as intelligent customer support, workflow automation, analysis assistants, and internal productivity tools
• Participate in performance evaluation, user feedback loops, and continuous product iteration

Engineering & System Collaboration

• Collaborate with backend, frontend, and platform teams to integrate agent capabilities into production systems
• Support monitoring, evaluation, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation of agent services
• Help establish best practices and technical standards for agent-related development

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in machine learning, LLMs, or related AI engineering work
• Outstanding fresh graduates or candidates with exceptional backgrounds will also be considered
• Strong learning ability, ownership mindset, and willingness to work in a fast-moving environment
