Responsibilities

Support the team in following up on fabric development, color approval, and quality approval during bulk dye lot production

Ensure all fabric approvals meet brand specifications and quality requirements

Assist in the bulk fabric inspection process, including reviewing inspection reports and approving shade bands

Coordinate with mills, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve fabric-related issues

Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of fabric approvals

Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by supervisors or managers

Requirements

DSE / Form 5 or above, preferably in Textile, Textile Technology, Fabric Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the textile industry

Working experience in a fabric mill is highly preferred

Strong technical knowledge of both knit and woven fabrics, including color assessment and fabric quality evaluation

Good understanding of fabric dyeing, finishing, and production processes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as a team player

Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Good written English and spoken Mandarin
