Role Overview

Mobileum is seeking a highly driven and strategic Sales Director to lead business growth across Singapore and selected Southeast Asian markets. This role is responsible for managing key operator relationships, driving new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and positioning Mobileum's market-leading portfolio of solutions across roaming, fraud management, security, network analytics, testing, and customer intelligence.

The successful candidate will possess strong telecom industry expertise, executive-level relationship management skills, and a proven track record of closing complex software and services engagements with telecom operators and digital service providers.


Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Business Development

  • Own and deliver annual sales bookings, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned customers and prospects.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across Mobileum's solution portfolio.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Drive opportunities from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure.

Executive Relationship Management

  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with executives, business leaders, and technical stakeholders.
  • Understand customer business challenges and align Mobileum solutions to measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead executive presentations, workshops, and business value discussions.
  • Develop long-term strategic partnerships with customers and industry stakeholders.

Account Expansion

  • Grow Mobileum's footprint within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities across roaming, fraud, risk, security, testing, assurance, analytics, and managed services.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Strategic Sales

  • Coordinate internal resources across pre-sales, product management, and delivery team
  • Develop compelling business cases, ROI models, and value propositions.


Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of enterprise sales experience within telecommunications, software, SaaS, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing large, strategic telecom operator accounts.
  • Strong understanding of mobile network technologies and telecom business models.
  • Experience selling complex software solutions and professional services.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.


Preferred

  • MBA or postgraduate qualification.
  • Experience selling solutions related to:
  • Roaming & Telecom Security
  • Fraud Prevention & Risk Management
  • Network Analytics & Customer Intelligence
  • Testing and Assurance
  • Established relationships with telecom operators across Singapore and Philippines
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.


Success Measures

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Achieve or exceed annual bookings and revenue targets.
  • Develop a healthy pipeline exceeding 4x annual quota coverage.
  • Expand Mobileum's strategic footprint within existing operator accounts.
  • Build executive-level customer relationships that drive long-term growth.
  • Identify and secure new logo opportunities across the region.
