Department: Corporate Project & Private Network Delivery

In this position, you will:

• Lead the Core Network team to plan, design, deploy, and maintain 5G core, IMS & VAS(SMS & VMS) infrastructure

• Manage end-to-end 5G core, IMS & VAS(SMS & VMS) projects including network architecture design, service implementation, and vendor coordination

• Perform expansion & new platforms acceptance, commissioning and deployment for 5G Core and IMS network

• Oversee expansion, upgrades, and new platform acceptance for 5G SA/NSA , IMS & VAS(SMS & VMS) networks

• Govern change management processes including software upgrades, patch deployment, and network optimization

• Direct troubleshooting of critical incidents and provide tier-3 support for complex technical issues

• 24 hours on call and onsite support required and ensure SLAs for incident resolution are met

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Cloud, Transport，Radio) for end-to-end service delivery

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related fields

• 8+ years in core network operations with at least 3 years focused on 5G core (AMF/SMF/UPF/NRF), IMS & VAS(SMS & VMS) technologies

• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in telecom environments

• Expertise in 5G core and IMS architecture 5G SA/NSA deployment/Cloud-native core (CNFs/VNFs)/IMS Deployment

• Familiar with Huawei 5GC Equipment，Datacom，Cloud Knowledge is preferable

• Certifications preferred: PMP, CCNP, CCIE, AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent

• Initiative, independent and Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Exceptional troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities

• Strong communication skills for interfacing with customer, executives, vendors, and regulators
