Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Chef role based in Cyberjaya. The Executive Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation to ensure consistent quality and presentation. The role includes managing food purchasing, inventory, and cost control, as well as ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. The Executive Chef will lead, train, and schedule kitchen staff, fostering a positive, efficient, and safety-conscious work environment. The position also involves collaborating with management on menu offerings, special events, and customer feedback to enhance the overall dining experience.
