Chong Hing Bank Hiring! Full Time Vice President, Network Infrastructure in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Network Infrastructure Team to provide infrastructure administrative and support services of all the installed IT systems in the Bank, focusing but not limited to data, voice, core & video networks (such as PABX), infrastructure security, monitoring tools and special applications (such as SWIFT, ICLNet, SDNet, etc.)

• Lead and provide strategy and direction on the network infrastructure to have a stable and reliable foundation to support the business

• Lead to arrange / perform 7 x 24 support, administration and implementation on IT network (data & voice) and security systems of the Bank according to defined policies, processes and procedures

• Follow change control procedure to execute the network change in a timely manner including but not limited to routing configuration and switching equipment, hosted IP voice services and firewalls

• Follow IT security policy to secure network systems

• Participate in project management and follow guidance to complete project on time

• Liaise with project teams, third-line engineers and service desk engineers on a regular basis

• Keep close communication with internal customers via email and phone for requirement capture.

• Adhere to Inventory process and update the documented procedure on regular basis

• Adhere to patch management process and update the documented procedure on regular basis

Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in infrastructure administration and support, preferably in financial institution

• Familiar with the following platforms / systems : LAN & WAN, Telephony Systems, Network Monitoring Tools and Security Products (e.g. Cisco routers, Cisco/H3C/Huawei switches, Avaya PABX, WFO, Checkpoint/Juniper/Cisco/PaloAlto Firewalls/F5 Load Balancer)

• Experience with Public/Private cloud support an advantage

• Self-initiated, ability to work independently and under pressure with integrity

• Good analytical & communication skills

• Candidate with related management experience will be considered for the leadership position
