We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive (Finance) to support our accounting operations in freight forwarding industry. This role is responsible for handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, and financial records related to logistics services.

Requirements:

• Prefer candidates with full set accounts experience (GL/AP/AR/ Bank Reconciliation and Financial Reporting)
• Payroll Administration
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in freight forwarding / logistics industry is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Mandarin language proficiency is an added advantage
