Job Description
Responsibilities
Our clients are looking for a hands-on engineer to support operations, maintenance, and commissioning of advanced water treatment systems for semiconductor and pharmaceutical clients. You’ll work on ultrapure and wastewater systems, ensuring compliance and delivering reliable performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily site operations, routine and ad-hoc maintenance, and service work for
water treatment systems.
• Conduct equipment inspections, performance reviews, data collection, repairs, and
troubleshooting for ultrapure water (UPW/DIW) and wastewater systems
(IW/HFW/WWTP)
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of instruments and equipment.
• Commission water treatment systems—including ACF, MMF, RO, UF, MDG/GTM,
CEDI, Pri-MB/POMB, chemical dosing, and filtration units—through pre-commissioning checks, functional testing, troubleshooting, and client handover.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Service Manager
Qualifications & Skills
• Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical
Engineering
• Preferably 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial water treatment operations
• Strong hands-on approach with problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset, adaptable to working with diverse age groups and
nationalities
