Position: Warehouse Manager

Team Management
Directly manages a team of 6 warehouse personnel and works closely with regional and remote administrative, finance, customer service, procurement, and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Lead and oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders while maintaining high service levels.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health and safety requirements, and quality standards.
Team Leadership
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 6 warehouse staff (including pick and pack team) to achieve operational excellence.
- Foster teamwork, accountability, and open communication between local warehouse personnel and remote support teams.
- Build a positive, solution-oriented working culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse layout, storage efficiency, workflow, productivity, and safety.
- Take ownership of improving workplace conditions and proactively recommend and implement practical solutions rather than merely highlighting issues.

Operational Agility

- Utilize ERP and Warehouse Management Systems effectively to manage inventory, transactions, reporting, and order processing.
- Collaborate with headquarters and remote teams to ensure data accuracy and process consistency.
- Support system enhancements and drive adoption of digital processes to improve efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with procurement, sales, customer service, finance, and headquarters teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize delivery schedules and customer service performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably within FMCG or consumer products distribution.
- Demonstrated success managing warehouse teams in fast-paced and evolving business environments.
- Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams across multiple locations.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse management processes is preferred.
- Good understanding of inventory control, warehouse KPIs, and operational best practices.
