Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to customers through SHOPLINE, email, live chat, and social media channels.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to products, orders, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Monitor and track order fulfillment and shipment status, coordinating with logistics partners when necessary.
  • Assist with invoice issuance, billing reconciliation, and payment-related follow-ups.
  • Manage customer support and operational coordination for WILSON(SALOMON) brand across multiple Southeast Asian (SEA) markets.
  • Update and maintain customer, order, and operational records within SHOPLINE.
  • Support daily e-commerce operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business processes.


Requirements:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with SHOPLINE or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.


Period:

Immediately till 31 December 2026, full-time or part-time.
