We are seeking a highly strategic and data-driven Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our MidasVault Card solutions. This role is central to our growth, requiring a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and a passion for building user-centric financial products.

You will be responsible for building a best-in-class user experience that bridges the gap between digital assets and real-world spending. This includes defining the product roadmap, managing the backlog, and translating business goals into detailed technical requirements for the engineering team. You will be the key person driving our product to outperform competitors like Redotpay and ************* Card.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own and manage the product roadmap for our B2C and B2B crypto card solutions, focusing on user acquisition, activation, and retention.

End-to-End Execution & Technical Specification: Lead the product development process from ideation to launch. Author and manage detailed technical requirements, Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and user stories.

User-Centric Development: Conduct user research and analyze data to deeply understand user pain points. Translate insights into actionable features, such as "Fast top-ups" or seamless digital wallet integration ("Apple Pay & Google Pay supported").

Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape (including crypto-native and traditional finance players) to ensure our product maintains a decisive edge.

Data-Driven Decisions: Define, track, and analyze key product metrics (e.g., user acquisition, activation, transaction volume) to measure success and inform roadmap prioritization.

Stakeholder Management: Work as the primary product partner to the Engineering team, clarifying technical requirements, co-managing the development backlog, and ensuring efficient, high-quality feature delivery. Collaborate closely with Design, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations.

Compliance & Risk: Work with our Compliance team to ensure all product features adhere to regulatory requirements and payment network (e.g., VISA) rules.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 3-5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in FinTech, payments, digital banking, or a consumer-facing tech company.

Crypto-Native: Deep, demonstrable understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem (e.g., L1/L2s, wallets, DeFi, custody, on/off-ramps).

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of API-driven product development. Ability to draft clear technical requirements and system logic to work effectively with engineers.

Proven Executor: A track record of successfully managing and shipping complex, high-impact B2C financial or tech products.

Mindset: A strategic thinker who is also hands-on, detail-oriented, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a significant advantage.

Preferred (Advantages)

Web3 Card Experience: Direct experience in building or managing a crypto card, digital wallet, or Web3 payment product is a major advantage.

Payments Experience: Experience working with card payment networks (e.g., VISA ), payment gateways, or card processors is highly desirable.
