Key Resposbilities

• Responsible for overall project management and co-ordination of comprehensive development of residential projects

• Monitor project progress through regular site visits and meetings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality benchmarks

• Plan, monitor and control work standards and deliver quality results within timeline and cost budget

• Identify potential construction problems, instigate preventive measures, standardization and innovative techniques related to selective costruction processes

• Review, advise and resolve on contractual, technical matters and comment on sub-contracts related to the projects

• Liaison with Client, Architect and consultants for performance and co-ordination of the project

Qualifications

• Degree in Building, Civil, Structural Engineering or other construction related subjects

• Registered Architect, Chartered Engineer, Charted Surveyor or equivalent

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project managment within the construction industry

• Proven experience in leading large-scale projects from conception to completion

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract management and project financials

• Strong leadership, planning, organizing and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of AUTOCAD is an advantage
