About the job - Boutique Manager
La Maison Du Chocolat is a renowned French Luxury Chocolatier, founded in 1977 in Paris. With 50 years of excellence, La Maison Du Chocolat operates with more than 50 boutiques worldwide.
To enhance the company's presence and ensure continuous engagement, La Maison du Chocolat HK is seeking a dedicated Boutique Manager.

As Boutique Manager at La Maison du Chocolat, you take full ownership of the boutique’s performance and operations. You lead your team with energy and purpose, drive commercial success, and ensure each client experience reflects the excellence of the Maison.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Team & People
- Support the recruitment, onboarding and training of sales associates
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching
- Foster a positive, motivated team environment
Sales & Client Experience
- Drive the team to meet monthly and annual sales targets
- Lead by example on the floor to deliver a top-tier client experience
- Build and develop client loyalty, including corporate accounts
- Track KPIs: NPS score, average basket, loyalty program enrollment
Operations
- Oversee daily sales reporting and payment processing accuracy
- Manage inventory and minimize out-of-stock and waste
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Support the Boutique Manager in optimizing boutique processes
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous 5+ years’ experience in retail management or a supervisory role, ideally in luxury or F&B
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Client-facing excellence and a natural ease in high-end environments
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and reliable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese and English, proficient in Mandarin
- Passion for gastronomy and/or chocolate is a genuine plus
