We are looking for a highly organized and creative Senior Project Executive (Event & Digital) to join our dynamic events team. In this senior role, you will lead the seamless execution of our hybrid event and digital campaigns, overseeing everything from complex vendor coordination to impeccable on-site staffing and operations.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end workflows for a diverse portfolio of projects, including physical events, websites, interactive games, and digital installations.

• Act as the bridge between clients, event production vendors, and internal technical teams (developers, designers) to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Draft, develop, and present compelling, integrated event and digital proposals to win over stakeholders and brands.

• Oversee the on-site execution of physical events and the deployment/testing of digital installations and hardware setups.

• Track project timelines, budgets, and scopes across both physical builds and software development phases.

• Serve as a trusted, proactive point of contact for clients, nurturing relationships and driving account growth.

What We Are Looking For

• ⁠3+ years of proven experience working within an event, digital, or integrated marketing agency.

• ⁠A strong dual-understanding of event production (fabrication, venue logistics, staffing) and digital workflows (UI/UX phases, website development, interactive media).

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to write structured, creative proposals.

• ⁠A solid network of reliable vendors, contractors, and industry contacts.

• A highly organized, business-minded approach to project management and client servicing.

• Ability to troubleshoot under pressure, whether it is an on-site event logistics issue or a last-minute digital deployment glitch.
