QAQC Engineer / QAQC Manager (Construction & Industrial Projects)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a QAQC Engineer / QAQC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities across construction and industrial projects, including data centers, semiconductor facilities, manufacturing plants, and mission-critical infrastructure developments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP) and ensure compliance across all project phases.
• Review and monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, and subcontractor quality documentation.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage quality issues, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor subcontractor and supplier quality performance, ensuring materials and workmanship meet project requirements.
• Lead defect management and support the achievement of project quality targets, including CONQUAS standards.
• Maintain quality records and documentation for project handover and audits.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on quality-related matters.
• Promote quality awareness and best practices across project teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of QAQC experience within construction, industrial, infrastructure, semiconductor, data center, or manufacturing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection processes, and quality management systems.
• Familiarity with CONQUAS, ISO 9001, and project quality assurance procedures is preferred.
• Experience managing subcontractors and resolving site quality issues.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced project environment.
