Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Screening: Partner with recruiters to source, screen, and assess candidates across various business functions.
  • Candidate & Job Management: Manage job postings on relevant job boards and social media platforms, and oversee candidate applications.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Employer Branding: Assist in employer branding initiatives, including social media content creation and events.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research, generate insights on talent trends, and perform competitor benchmarking.
  • Talent Mapping: Assist in talent mapping and building talent pools for core positions.
  • Team Support: Contribute to broader People Team initiatives and HR projects as needed.


Qualifications

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Traits: Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Cultural Fit: Comfortable working across diverse teams and regional stakeholders.
  • Experience: Prior internship or project experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
  • Availability: Minimum commitment of 3 months (either full-time or at least 3 days per week for part-time).
