Position: Microsoft Infrastructure Project Engineer (L2/L3)

Role Summary

Seeking a hands-on Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer with experience delivering deployment, implementation, migration and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate should have practical experience working with Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server infrastructure. This role is project-focused and requires active involvement in deployment activities rather than day-to-day operational support or remote system administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute infrastructure deployment, implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
• Install, configure, and support Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments.
• Perform system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and post-deployment support.
• Work closely with clients, project teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare technical documentation and implementation plans.
• Resolve complex technical issues during project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft infrastructure implementation and deployment projects.
• Strong experience with Active Directory, Exchange (On-Premises and Microsoft 365), Azure, Windows Server, and Microsoft SQL Server infrastructure.
• Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V environments.
• Microsoft certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently in fast-paced project environments.
