Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics infrastructure that support reporting, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Python
• Strong SQL and database development skills
• Good understanding of database design, data models, data mining, and segmentation
• Experience building data transformation pipelines, metadata structures, and workload management processes
• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of Databricks, Dataflow, or Apache Spark is an advantage
• Familiarity with Prefect, MLFlow, or similar orchestration tools is a plus
• Exposure to ML/DL libraries and model deployment is beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Analyze data requirements and prioritize data projects aligned with business objectives
• Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, and analytics solutions
• Acquire and manage data from multiple sources while ensuring data quality and integrity
• Identify trends and patterns within complex datasets
• Develop ETL pipelines and data transformation processes using Python
• Maintain data science documentation and governance standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize business value from data
• Support data science infrastructure, including experiment tracking, feature stores, and A/B testing platforms
• Contribute to analytics and machine learning initiatives across the organization
