• Perform machine setup, changeover, and parameter adjustments for moulding processes.
• Monitor moulding machine performance and ensure production runs according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot machine, mould, and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections on moulding equipment.
• Assist in repairing moulds, auxiliary equipment, and production machinery.
• Ensure moulds and machines are properly cleaned, maintained, and stored.
• Support process improvement activities to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Work closely with Production and Quality departments to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and machine performance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Participate in machine installation, commissioning, and validation activities.
• Report abnormal machine conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

Requirements:

Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field. Basic knowledge of moulding machines, mould maintenance, and manufacturing processes. Ability to read technical drawings, machine manuals, and engineering documents. Knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work shifts and support production requirements when needed. 1–3 years of experience in plastic injection moulding, manufacturing, or maintenance environments. Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Knowledge of mould setting, process control, and machine optimization. Familiarity with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement practices.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
