Accounting
- Answer all enquiries & incoming calls from clients, doctors & vendors.
- Prepare, verify, and process billings & statements of accounts to clients.
- Receive and verify invoices & statements from clinics/hospitals, vendors, etc.
- Maintain/update clinics/hospitals, vendors & client listing.
- Handle all banking matters.
- Ensure reconciliations are up to date (Banks, AR, AP)
- Ensure all documentation is processed according to established policies and procedures.
- Perform daily processing of financial transactions in an efficient & timely manner.
- Maintain day-to-day smooth running of the accounts department.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all accounting information.
Administration
- Ensure smooth and efficient running of office operations.
- Ensure office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and medical supplies are managed and controlled.
- Ensure office equipment is in good working condition.
- Ensure confidentiality of all administrative information
- Maintain office security, attend, and control guest access.
- Perform ad hoc and other related duties when required.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting or finance.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting-related positions.
- Ability to manage billing tasks and meet deadlines.
- Capable of working independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Application.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks.
- Experienced in managing accounts receivable.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
- One (1) working Saturday per month.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
