Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Handle full sets of accounts:
1) Own General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounts
2)Execute day-to-day financial transactions and maintain organised records including vendor related matters with vendors and internal stakeholders (e.g., expense reimbursements)
3)Support finance operational needs of the group
4)Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing:
5)Drive timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing procedures by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data for reporting
6)Prepare monthly management reports for internal reporting
7)Prepare fluctuation analysis for material fluctuations in Profit or Loss and Balance Sheet
8)Manage and maintain fixed asset and balance sheet schedules
9)Conduct periodic reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal accounting/finance policies
10)Collaborate with external parties and banks to facilitate smooth financial operations
11)Respond to queries and provide necessary documentation for audits
12)Ensure timely and accurate submission of withholding tax, Services Tax (SST) and any other tax where applicable
13)Stay updated on changes in tax regulations that may impact the company
14)Other ad-hoc assignments:
15)Implementation of accounting system
16)Undertake any other ad-hoc projects as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement and success of the Group Finance function
Job Requirements:
1) Diploma in Accountancy (or equivalent)
2)At least 5 years relevant working experience
SALARY : RM 5,000.00~RM6,000.00
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
