About the Role

We are looking for a detail oriented, proactive Operations Manager to oversee and enhance day to day business operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational abilities, experience in process improvement, and the capability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams. This role will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer based in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to align operations with overall business objectives
  • Assist leadership in strategic planning and the execution of key initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies as well as relevant regulatory standards
  • Monitor KPIs and overall operational performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations
  • Evaluate existing workflows and implement process improvements to drive greater efficiency
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and internal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support onboarding and training programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration
  • Oversee day to day operations to maintain efficient and well-coordinated workflows across departments

Requirements

  • Experience in operations, administration, or project coordination roles is an advantage for this role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant experience
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools
  • Able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
