Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Manage the full spectrum of human resource functions for both head office and outlets, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.

2. Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes — post vacancies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and manage onboarding for new hires.

3. Administer monthly payroll processing using SQL Payroll, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely salary disbursement.

4. Maintain and update employee records, personal files, HR database, attendance, leave management, and staff claims.

5. Prepare and maintain all HR-related documentation and ensure that all filing and record keeping are personally organized and updated.

6. Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures in line with company practices and legal requirements.

7. Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory regulations including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and Income Tax.

8. Advise and assist management on employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.

9. Conduct investigations and prepare documentation such as show cause letters, warning letters, and termination letters in accordance with company policy.

10. Liaise with government agencies such as the Labour Department, SOCSO, EPF, HRDF, and Immigration on HR-related matters.

11. Manage foreign worker permit applications and renewals via FWCMS, arrange FOMEMA medical check-ups, and coordinate insurance renewals.

12. Support HR initiatives such as performance appraisals, employee engagement activities, and training programs.

13. Stay updated on HR best practices, labor law amendments, and system improvements to enhance HR operations.

14. Demonstrate strong self-learning, initiative, and responsibility in managing daily tasks with minimal supervision.

15. Be available and responsive during weekends or after office hours when urgent HR matters arise, particularly involving outlet operations or employee incidents.

16.Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all HR-related matters.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

1. Candidate must posses at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field

2. Require Language : Bahasa Malaysia, English

3. At least 2 years working experience in the related field

4. Posses own transport
